Vacation Rental Home Description

Catskill Mountain Farm House on about 200 ac. near the village of Margaretville. The house built in the early 1800's is beautifully maintained with a feel of the past. Stone walls abound with multiple lawn areas. One wall has been restored by hand in the manner of wall building of the past. The property is maintained by a landscape company. Some of the fields are used by a local farmer. No neighbors and no city lights leads to a night sky with milky way clear and bright. Northern lights on some nights in the fall. Located in a valley with a great view of the mountains in the fall.

Payment Options:  Money Order  Cashiers Check  Personal Check Deposits: One-half one weeks or long week-end rent will hold the date. We have had such good luck with wonderful renter we do not require a security deposit. Cancellations and Refunds: Deposit of one-half rent holds date. This will be returned in full if cancelled three months before date. If cancelled, after three months pior to date refund will be made upon obtaining replacement rental for same time period.
