Welcome to Cobtree,a AAA 3 Diamond approved lodging, No Smoking, pet friendly, Children Friendly, Development of English Style vacation rental homes and solid Log Homes surrounded by 59 acres of farmland overlooking the Western Shores of Seneca lake and with views over open fields to the South and East as well as 18 acres of woodland to the North.

The woodlands at Cobtree offer a number of walking trails accessible throughout the year. In winter they are ideal for guests who bring their own skis for cross country skiing or own ATV's or snow-mobiles. Each of the cottages at Cobtree are named after one of the Finger lakes and have over 1460 sq ft of living area, are fully equipped together with a washing machine, Tumble drier, free U.S and Canada wide digital telephone service and Cable Television . Our rates also include linen, sheets and towels and there are no additional cleaning fees payable on departure.

Book a wine tour with one of the local wine tour operators, dine out at one of the many nearby quality restaurants, visit the casino or Finger lakes Race Track, take a trip to Niagara Falls or simply relax in a peaceful tranquil setting, the choices are limited only by your own energy and desires! Your reservation is then confirmed in real time Whilst you will be invoiced for 100% of your rental amount online, for weekly rentals your credit card will only be charged 50% of the rental amount plus taxes as a deposit and the balance of 50% of the rental amount plus taxes will automatically be debited to the same credit card 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Short stay rentals are billed 100% at the time the reservation is made. Cleaning Fee: $0.00 Cancellations and Refunds: If you want to change or cancel your booking once the confirmation has been made, you must contact the owner or its agents immediately you become aware of the need to do so. Any change to your booking can only be made with the express written consent of the owner or its agents any they are under no obligation to accept such changes or cancellation once the original booking has been confirmed. In the event of cancellation of a booking, a refund of any monies paid can only be made providing the owner or its agents are able to secure another booking for the property from another customer.The liability for any outstanding payments for the booking is payable by you to the owners or its agents in the event that the property cannot be let/hired to another customer. You are therefore strongly advised to take out holiday/cancellation insurance accordingly. Other Fees: Rate fully inclusive of linen, sheets, towels, utilities and gas for BBQ. Weekly stays do not have tax added but for stays less then one week New York sales tax has to be collected at the prevailing rate.
