We have available for rental 3 larger brick built homes and 2 smaller real log cabins to rent at Cobtree which can accommodate up to 36 people sharing if rented together. They are ideal for a family reunion, group vacation, retreats, weddings, family vacation and romantic getaway as well as being pet friendly.

The woodlands at Cobtree offer a number of walking trails accessible throughout the year. Each of the cottages at Cobtree are named after one of the Finger Lakes and have over 1460 sq ft of living area, in the brick built homes and over 900 sq ft in the log cabins.
Each are fully equipped together with a washing machine, Tumble drier, free U.S and Canada wide digital telephone service, Cable TV, WI-FI and central air. Our rates include linen, sheets and towels and there are no additional cleaning fees payable on departure.
Why not book a wine tour with one of the local wine tour operators, dine out at one of the many nearby quality restaurants, visit the casino or Finger Lakes Race Track, take a trip to Niagara Falls, the gorge at Watkins Glen or the race track there or simply, relax in a peaceful tranquil setting. Deposits:
When you book your property you will be required to pay the amount due by credit card or check card using our online reservation system. Your reservation is then confirmed in real time Whilst you will be invoiced for 100% of your rental amount online, for weekly rentals your credit card will only be charged 50% of the rental amount plus taxes as a deposit and the balance of 50% of the rental amount plus taxes will automatically be debited to the same credit card 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Short stay rentals are billed 100% at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellations and Refunds:
If you want to change or cancel your booking once the confirmation has been made, you must contact the owner or its agents immediately you become aware of the need to do so. Any change to your booking can only be made with the express written consent of the owner or its agents any they are under no obligation to accept such changes or cancellation once the original booking has been confirmed. In the event of cancellation of a booking, a refund of any monies paid can only be made providing the owner or its agents are able to secure another booking for the property from another customer.The liability for any outstanding payments for the booking is payable by you to the owners or its agents in the event that the property cannot be let/hired to another customer. You are therefore strongly advised to take out holiday/cancellation insurance accordingly.

Rate fully inclusive of linen, sheets, towels, utilities and gas for BBQ.
Our rates include sales tax where applicable and at the prevailing rate but we now have to add a 3% lodging tax to all rates at time the booking is made.
