Vacation Rental Home Description

Hidden away in a development of fine homes,
House of Blue Doors was custom built in 1994
and carefully conceived to include many
special architecture features. With two
bedrooms, both with private baths, the house
sleeps four comfortably, or two more can be
added in a twin trundle bed in the den. The
14-foot ceiling and dramatic tall windows
add to the feeling of spaciousness and
several outdoor living areas are perfect for
whiling away the hours... or thorwing a
party! Included is a gourmet "cook's"
kitchen, designer table linens and china, a
vast collection of American craft pottery,
vigas, fireplaces, beautiful gardens and
sophisticated decor by the interior-designer

Payment Options:  Money Order  Cashiers Check  Personal Check Deposits: Reservation deposit of 50% of rental fee is due 7 days after verbal reservation with signed contract which we will fax to you, plus separate check for $700 security/damage deposit, fully refundable if house found in satisfactory condition. Final payment due 60 days prior to arrival. Lodging Tax: 6.437% Cleaning Fee: None Cancellations and Refunds: Confirmed reservations non-refundable unless house is re-rented for same length of time at same rate. If house is re-rented, full refund minus $100 handling fee, will be made. No refund if cancellation occurs less than 15 days prior to arrival.
