several outdoor living areas are perfect for
whiling away the hours... or thorwing a
party! Included is a gourmet "cook's"
kitchen, designer table linens and china, a
vast collection of American craft pottery,
vigas, fireplaces, beautiful gardens and

Tax: 6.437% Cleaning Fee: None Cancellations and Refunds: Confirmed reservations non-refundable unless house is re-rented for same length of time at same rate. If house is re-rented, full refund minus $100 handling fee, will be made. No refund if cancellation occurs less than 15 days prior to arrival.
