Big views of the Jemez mts are featured from every window of this beautifully designed, custom built home, just NW of town in Santa Fe’s most sought after neighborhood.

We have spared no expense to outfit this never-occupied home, including a 42” HDTV with Direct TV and DVR, Blu-Ray player and IPod dock, wireless Internet throughout, a new large-capacity W/D, and a cook’s gourmet kitchen. The huge prep area features warm golden granite from Brazil, custom alder cabinets, a 6-burner Jenn-Air gas cook-top with griddle, convection oven and microwave-- all brand new.

Radiant heat rises from the warmed tile floors over 3,100 sq ft incl. 4 BRs, 4 baths, three kiva fireplaces, a spacious DR and a breakfast area with more seating for six. Lodge-style tongue-and-groove ceilings with vigas complement this Classic Northern New Mexico home built in the Pueblo style. Tasteful furnishings and original art throughout make it a great escape.

Outside, sit comfortably under the 1,400 sq. foot portal with another kiva fireplace to enjoy the sunsets. Three car garage and plenty of parking make entertaining a must.

Five acres ensure tranquility and privacy, but you’re only 15 minutes from town, where you can go to a wine tasting, gallery event, museums, musical concert, or stroll through the plaza, where local artists sell Native American art.

In the winter, ski Santa Fe peak or Taos. Cross-country or snowshoe out the front door. Summer is temperate at 6,800 ft. Drive only 10 minutes to the famous Santa Fe Opera or flea market. Visit the nearby pueblos and colorful towns like Chimayo or Truchas. In the fall, watch the aspen turn brilliant colors in the nearby Sangre de Cristo mts. Or drive the popular High Road Artist Tour or the Wine and Chile Festival, held close by.

For ease of access, American airlines flies from LAX or Dallas to the small Santa Fe airport, just ten minutes from the house. Albuquerque is the nearest large airport.

We can provide a list of fun activities-- from galleries and tours, to hikes and restaurants, to make your visit to Santa Fe one of tranquility, fun, and unique experiences.

Santa Fe is also a world class foodie paradise, with first rate Southwestern cuisine. During the winter holidays, lit luminaria frame the homes and galleries throughout Santa Fe-- beckoning you to visit.

We decided to take a girls trip to Santa Fe and this lovely home met all of our expectations. The four of us had our own bedroom and the beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms had good water pressure with plenty of hot water. WiFi was fast. We cooked breakfast in the chef's kitchen every morning and sat outside every night watching the sunsets and mountains. There is an outside fireplace which we didn't use but it looked very inviting. Firewood was provided if we had wanted a fire in the outside or inside fireplaces. Deborah checked in with us several times to make sure our stay was perfect. She even gave us a name of a massage therapist that came to the house. Mary melted our muscles from the hiking and cold nights and our only regret was that we couldn't take her home with us! There wasn't enough time to see all the sights in Santa Fe so we would definitely stay here again on a return trip. Thank you Deborah for opening your lovely home to us.

My siblings and adult children all met us in Santa Fe for a 60th birthday party and stayed in this beautiful home. With four full bedrooms and three baths, we accommodated the whole gang! The home was extremely well appointed, with multiple fireplaces, a beautiful kitchen, a patio with an amazing view of the mountains and sunsets. The owner was very responsive and offered a great list of things to do in Santa Fe and restaurants in the area. Fabulous weekend in a beautiful house!!

Traveled with my wife and three other couples to Santa Fe-we had intended to cook in for a few meals, but did not. (The kitchen would have been perfect though.) The owner was very attentive to our needs from afar (we had an issue with a ceiling fan and she had someone come out right away to remedy the problem). Patio was great for watching sunsets, beds were very comfortable, and the house on the whole was perfect for our group of 8!

Four large nice bedrooms, beautifully decorated, with several different gathering places. We especially liked sitting outside in the evening watching the lightning in the distance and the stars in the sky. Far enough from Santa Fe to feel that we had our own oasis yet close enough to see the town and have great meals.

We traveled to Santa Fe with my extended family over Holy Week so we needed a larger home. This house was perfect. Only about a 20 minute drive to downtown Santa Fe, 4 very comfortable beds, a terrific and well-stocked kitchen perfect for cooking family meals, a big tub in the master....everything you could want for a perfect getaway. We used the outside kiva three nights to ward off the chilly evening air. The only thing missing in the kitchen was a toaster....otherwise our stay was perfect (and we used the indoor griddle to toast bread which worked out fine).

It's hard to top Sonoma County for perfection but this house does it. From the views, to the elegant furnishings, comfort and fabulous environment I was ready to move in. Hard to beat this for a vacation getaway.

Two important aspects draw people to Santa Fe – the beautiful landscapes and the cultural arts. This magnificent home allows one to experience both while staying in an elegant, country setting. The house is a short driving distance to downtown Santa Fe, yet it offers expansive views of the landscape from inside the house as well as the portal – outdoor cooking and dining area with adjacent large outdoor living room. Neighbors are at a nice distance so you are able to indulge in the privacy and truly feel secluded.

The large, elegant kitchen with several chairs along the counters provides a fabulous informal gathering place while the adjacent dining room provides an elegant, but comfortable, setting for dinner. A third, less formal dining alternative is provided in another area adjacent to the kitchen.

The living room is comfortable and embodies the essence of New Mexico and the Santa Fe area. Plenty of seating, the fireplace and the entertainment center allow guests to socialize and enjoy watching movies. The floor plan separates the bedrooms and provides an adjacent full bathroom for each one. The house is clean and well-maintained.

I highly recommend this house for those who want to enjoy everything that the City of Santa Fe has to offer, but also want to experience the tranquility and beauty of rural living.

This home is the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Beautiful home, breathtaking views, and every detail is just perfect. You won't believe this is a vacation rental.

This house had everything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home. It was clean and new. It provides lots of quiet and privacy but it's only a few minutes to get into Santa Fe with its abundant selection of restaurants and shopping.
The views from the house are spectacular. We sat and drank margaritas as the sun went down over the Jemez mountains. Aaaah!
