1/2 of the rent is due back with the signed contract within seven days to hold your reservation. The final balance is due 30 days before your vacation begins. There is an additional $ 300.00 security deposit required - fully and completely refundable after cleaning, inspection, and key return. Cleaning is always, ALWAYS included in the quoted rental rates.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Full refund of all money received upon re-rental, less a $ 200.00 administrative and processing fee. The more notice, the better.

Cleaning is always, ALWAYS included - never optional. There is no tax on private vacation home rentals in New Jersey. Don't be fooled by others who will try to tack this on to the price!
