The condominium was completed 2004, sleeps 8-10 with 3 bedrooms, each with TV/DVD/CD, 2 1/2 bath, 2 car garage and beautiful kitchen...love it! It's a two story layout that affords more privacy when family members are on different schedules. There's a laundry closet upstairs with iron and ironing board.



The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook if you desire including microwave and toaster oven/toaster. There's an ice-maker in the refrigerator. Gorgeous marguarita and martini glassware with pitcher and wine glasses. There's deck furniture so mix up some fun and enjoy.



Bed linens and kitchen towels are provided but no bath towels. There's a new hair dryer in bathroom.



Sorry, there's no smoking in the condo only on the decks.



We rent to families and adults. Adults must be 25 years or older.
