Walking distance to groceries, laundromat, liquor stores, restaurants, boardwalk, convention center etc. Clean unit. Private yard. Range, oven, refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, microwave, t.v. and dvd. ceiling fans and window air units in all bedrooms. 1 double bed and two single beds in each unit with sofa bed in living room. Unit sleep six comfortably with occupancy no more than 6. Seasonal rental is 9000.00 for Memorial day until Labor day with an 1000.00 security and electric paid by tenants for seasonal rental only.
