It's very close to the beach and boardwalk so u don't have to walk far at all to have lots of fun. The house was super clean and cozy. The back yard was perfect to have a little bbq after a long day on the beach, you could just sit out back and relax in the shade. Eleanor was so nice, very welcoming it's hard to find such nice people to rent from that accept not only you but your pets as well. We had such a great time and we can't wait to go back next year. If you're expecting a lavish, high end type condo, this is not for you but if you are looking for a place to "hang your hat", to sleep and relax this is it. I just spent a wonderful week at this little place on 26th street. My dogs were welcome and felt right at home. This place has everything you need, no more, no less. The price was definitely right and the owners were lovely people to do business with. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the action. Only 1.5 blocks to beach. You cannot beat the price. They allow you to bring your pets, which is a difficult place to find. If you are looking for a high end condominium then this is not the place for you. This place is clean, has a great location, everything you would need for a family vacation and is affordable.
