a heated swimming pool 10AM - 6PM, gas grill, outside showers, bike rack, coin operated laundry facility 10 AM - 6 PM and one off street parking space.
All units and premises are extremely well kept.

Building does not allow pets or smoking in units. Sorry NO PROMS, SENIOR WEEK, teen or college group. One renter must be 25 years old and remain during stay.
