Bedroom has 2 double beds, TV and mirrored closets. Fully tiled bathroom with shower and tub.

The Seville-by-the-sea condo also offers
a heated swimming pool 10AM - 6PM, gas grill, outside showers, bike rack, coin operated laundry facility 10 AM - 6 PM and one off street parking space.


All units and premises are extremely well kept.

Entertainment just steps away. Boardwalk
and piers, water parks, beach and fine dining. Just 10 minutes away from historic Cape May and a 30 minute drive to Atlantic City Casino.

Building does not allow pets or smoking in units. Sorry NO PROMS, SENIOR WEEK, teen or college group. One renter must be 25 years old and remain during stay.

This place is kept neat but the manager Mr. Carlo all he did harass me and my family. Predujice person. I think these people have a conspiracy regarding the security deposit becase they want to keep my security deposit but I am willing to fight for my deposit. I in the process of taking these people to court I will be filing a complain against the owner and association if I don't get my deposit money back. These are my comments abouthe Sevyville condominiums if you ever decide to rent a place please people do not rent the Seyville Condominium worst place I ever stay in my entire life.
