BEDROOMS
Two lavish master suites; one on each level, both with their own private, luxurious bathroom suite.The Loft Level Master Suite has a King bed, private bath and secluded deck. The Main Level Master Suite has Queen size bed with a whirlpool tub and seperate shower in the bathroom.Two other bedrooms; one with two Twin beds and one with a Queen size bed with windows overlooking the pool sun deck. All bedrooms have new flat panel TV's w/ DVD players.
KITCHEN
The Kitchen includes beautiful granite countertops, tiled floor,plenty of new cabinets; fully stocked with dishes, glasses & all other kitchen needs plus brand new stainless steel appliances.
OTHER AMENITIES
A large full length, furnished deck is located off of the dining room and living room and a second patio deck (also fully furnished) is located off the loft master suite.
Large heated pool and hot tub/spa on a fully furnished pool deck w/ gas grills and a fully equiped " State of the Art" exercise room next door.
Two assigned parking spaces, one in the enclosed garage, right next to one of the three high speed elevators and only steps to the beach.Enclosed storage for bikes, beach chairs, fishing and other waterfront gear. |
