Above rates are for families and mature groups 25 and older. Others will be considered based on availability. Call for details

Event weekends such as Fireman's, Harley and Monster Truck, Irish W.E., etc. are $149/night

Cancellations and Refunds:
Non-refundable deposit. If you cancel for any reason, and owner re-rents unit for same time period, for the same rent amount, all monies paid by you will be refunded minus $150.00 service/maintenance fee
