Large beach Block condo has 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large family room and a fully stocked kitchen. Newer unit with A/C, full size laundry room. This is a large (1500 sq. ft.), first floor, 2 story condo that is actual beach block. We are only steps away to the Boardwalk, Pier and beach. There are no streets to cross, we're on the same side of the boardwalk entrance.We have a 20' deck with table and chairs. Parking for 2 cars in a locked garage and one spot in the driveway.
