We stayed at this condo last September with my brother and his wife. Absolutely gorgeous rental in a great location - close enough to North Conway and yet off the main path. Nice and quiet, fully stocked with everything you could want and very relaxing. We liked it so much we are going back this September!

We stayed July 30- Aug 1, 2004. The townhouse was beautiful. It was spacious, scrupulously clean and well appointed. The location was very quiet and scenic. We were there for 2 nights and slept very well on the very comfortable bed. Our younger son prefered to settle himself into the corner of the sectional sofa on the lambskin.

We would definitely return to this townhouse for future visits to the area.

IS EVERYTHING THAT THE WEBSITE IS TELLING YOU AND MORE.MY FAMILY AND TWO OF THEIR TEENAGE FRIENDS SPENT A LONG WEEKEND THEIR IN FEB 2004. THIS UNIT IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN.EVERY POSSIBLE HOUSEHOLD ITEM IS STOCKED.ALL YOU NEED TO PACK ARE YOUR CLOTHES AND PERSONAL ITEMS.THE OWNERS WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO SUGGEST ACTIVITIES AND LOCAL RESTAURANTS.THEY HAVE PUT ALOT OF TIME AND EFFORT INTO PROVIDING COMFORT AND ENJOYMENT.DOWNTOWN IS ONLY A FEW MINUTES AWAY AND YET IT WAS GREAT TO RETURN AT THE END OF THE DAY TO THIS QUIET, COUNTRY SIDE HOME. LOTS OF ROOM AND PRIVACY.LOOKING FORWARD TO ANOTHER LONG WEEKEND SOON. LOTS OF LUCK TO THE OWNERS AND THANKS AGAIN FOR SHARING THIS BEAUTIFUL HOME.

We just got back from a three day ski vacation and had a great time. This townhome is nicely appointed and very comfortable for a group of 7. The three bathrooms helped immensely in allowing us to get out early each day to the slopes with 4 teen age girls. The downstairs family room allow the adults and the kids to have seperate areas to watch tv and talk. The location was wonderful and allowed quick travel to Cranmore and the village of North Conway. Definitely a place we would like to stay in again.

This beautiful 3 floor condo has spoiled us immensely.
Our family has been heading up to the North Conway area for many years but this is the life! The location is ideal for anytime of year and any weather. The temperatures dipped too low to ski one day so we rented DVD's in town and stayed in by the warm & cozy fire. The kids loved having their own play area downstairs. The finished basement felt nothing like a "basement" with high ceilings, full sized windows, gaslog fireplace, television and a full bathroom.
If you're looking for a nice get-a-way with your family or a couples weekend this is the condo for you!!

We had the privilege of renting this unit for the week of New Year's, Sunday to Sunday. The accomodations were none less than plush! The unit was extremely spacious offering plenty of room for our up to 8 guests. There are enough beds to sleep 7 comfortably!

We chose to ski on our vacation.........the condo is very close to Attitash, Cranmore, Wildcat, and Black Mountain. It is also only 1 hour away from bigger resorts such as Sunday River(which we did visit on our stay)! The condo is also close to NestleNook(where you can enjoy skating and sleigh rides). We would have liked to try this, however the weather was a little warmer than needed to enjoy this fully.

The restaurants are wonderful and plentiful in North Conway and only minutes away from the condo. We spent New Year's Eve at Horsefeather's(A wonderful place for food and spirits).

However, the best feature we enjoyed at the condo was that is was aturn key operation. All we needed to bring was food and our toothbrushes. Everything else was provided by the owners. We really felt like home at Near Ledge and will rent again this winter!
