Rental Rates

Owner Comments:
Minimum stay is one week (Saturday to Saturday) from May 29 to September 11, 2004. 3 night minimum other times of the year. Deposit is 20% of base rent. Balance due 60 days prior to occupancy or now if rental agreement date is closer than 60 days to date of checkin. Payable by cash or check; certified check or money order if paid less than 30 days prior to occupancy. All payments not received by owner 60 days prior to checkin may result in loss of deposit and cancellation of reservation. No notices will be sent by mail. Security/damage deposit is $400 and will be returned within 14 days after tenants have vacated. Cancellation: Rentals may be cancelled within 7 days (grace period) of the execution of rental agreement by tenant without penalty with any deposits paid being refunded. A fee of twenty percent (20%) of the TOTAL RENT will be charged in the event of a cancelled confirmed reservation, following the 7 day grace period, regardless of the reason. The monies paid, minus the cancellation fee, will be refunded only if the property is re-rented for the same rate and time.
