The chalet is located in North Haverhill NH in a private community called Mountain Lakes. The chalet has cable tv,vcr/dvd player, washer/dryer, everything you need for cooking, microwave, coffee maker, and a/c. It can sleep 10 people. There are 2 bedrooms and a loft. It has a large deck and a yard for kids to play. Bikes are provided.Also provided are all baby needs, high chair, walker and pac-play playpin. Just down the road 30 seconds away is our private lake that has fishing, canoes, paddle boats, a very nice playground, and most important life gaurds. At the lake there is a pool and a basketball court. There are many attractions in the area for both winter and summer fun. Rentals are weekends, weekly, monthly and by the season. My rates are very reasonable compared to hotels/motels in the area.Summer rates are $600 per week winter $650 plus a $50 cleaning fee.I have had many repeat renters that have had a wonderful time.Towels and sheets are provided. If you smoke please do so out on the deck. Pets are allowed but must have a flea and tick treatment in writing.
