Winter non-holiday weekends are 1400 plus tax(8%) and cleaning fee of 115.
Prime summer weeks are 1995.
Late March thru Late June and mid August thru December we are very negotiable and will rent to any size group, large or small. Please call for specials.

One half rental amount due within 5 days of verbal commitment. Balance due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Absolutely no refunds unless we can re-rent property to another group. $75 cancellation fee applied.

We did our family reunion at Glen Station. There were 16 people from 2-80 years old and everyone enjoyed themselves. There is so much to do in the area and house is comfortable and welcoming. The caretakers and owner are responsive and pleasant to deal with.
