The house is huge and has a very nice selection of beds. Their was more than an adequate amount of hot water for our group on 33 and the water pressure is excellent. A lot of parking and the park down the street is very nice. That's the good. The bad: 1 of the 3 air conditioners didn't work so their was no air in the main house/kitchen and 1 of the bedrooms not good when it is 106 outside. The pool was not heated, the filter didn't work right so all of the kids ended up with rashes, and the hot tub was filthy & the heater didn't work so it was as cold as the pool. The jets in the tub in the master bathroom didn't work. The handles in 1 of the bathrooms were loose so it was almost impossible to turn the water on/off. Their was a leak of some sort in the downstairs closet so it was very musty and smelled of mold in that bedroom. The bbq grill works but barely. Prior tenants have obviously used charcoal to make this work so it is a mess. Lastly the freezer worked but the fridge was leaking and was barely 50 degrees. We had to put most of our food in ice chests. It is a good thing some of our party drove so we had them available. This was once a really nice house and with some repairs could be again but in it's current condition I'd say look elsewhere.
