( NO MINIMUN !!! ) Only 1 nite stay is OK :o)) ================================================ Regular rates: $150/per-nite or $450/3-nights, $750/week, or $2500/month ( which is the equivalent of $83.33/per nite!!! ) FOR Holiday and Special Event Rates: Please call @702-682-1080 ask 4 (MIKE LEE) ASAP :O)) A $300 security deposit will be refunded after check out if the condo is left in the same "good" condition as when U checked in! An additional $100 final cleaning fee is required. (Non-Refundable !) NO SMOKING / NO PETS.

Thereafter, any cancellation made between 90 days to 60 days will qualify for a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations within 60 days. We just returned from a 5 day stay. This property is immaculate, well appointed- (tvs in every room) spacious and was wonderful for the 5 of us. The community is just 5 miles S of the strip at an entrance to I 15 so getting around was simple. We loved it and the owner was great to deal with and very responsive to a minor problem. I would defintely recommedn this coondo for friends and family vacationing in Las Vegas. The best deal around!/
