This area includes the living room with 3 couches and 53” TV entertainment system with HBO, Cinemax, Stars, etc., conversation pit including a wood burning fireplace, dinning room with a huge dinning table and wet bar, gourmet kitchen with a sit in bar for 6, family room that includes pool table, wood burning fireplace and TV entertainment system, laundry room with supplies included, large outside deck that includes Jacuzzi hot tub, 2 large picnic tables and gas BBQ grill, and a recreation room where you can enjoy a game of table tennis, many more games AND of course a bathroom.
