Condominium is located on one of the most prestigious area of Lake Tahoe on the north shore. Lake Tahoe is a crystal clear mountain lake surrounded by the Sierra Nevada mountain range. The elevation of the lake is 6300 feet. It is centrally located between Reno and South Lake Tahoe. In the summer you are close to two private beaches which you may use as guests of the condo. One of the beaches has a pool. Of course you are also close to golf, tennis, the rec. center, walk/bike paths, etc. In the winter you are less than one mile to Diamond Peak Ski area and within 30 minutes to many of the ski resorts. You are just a few blocks from the Hyatt Regency Resort and Casino and the Incline Village Rec Center with indoor pool. We also provide discount passes for Diamond Peak and the Rec. Center.



The condo has all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen. There is a gas fireplace and washer/dryer. Complex has a jacuzzi and sauna. VCR/DVD player and WIFI. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking unit.
