Weekly rates include one night free. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival date receive a 10% discount to nightly rental rates. A one-time cleaning fee of $85 is added for 3 nights or less.

| Deposits: | | A $200 Security deposit by mail or Credit Card is all that is required to reserve your dates. Total rental fees are due 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds can be made for early departures. The deposit is separate from the rent, and will be refunded to you by mail within 2 weeks after you leave. We deduct any charges for damage that is more than normal wear and tear. | | Cancellations and Refunds: | | A written notice of cancellation is required 30 days or more before your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $50 processing fee. If less than 30 days written notice, your entire deposit will be forfeited unless the unit can be re-rented. |
