Wonderful top floor condo unit with one of the best views on the lake, with no docks in front of the unit to get in the way of the view. Since we're on the top (4th) floor, you get the open feeling of vaulted ceilings, yet we're only one floor up from convenient parking. Our unit has four bedrooms, and 2,000 square feet for enough room for 10 people to enjoy and sleep comfortably for a great vacation.
Regatta Bay is located at Mile Marker #12 of the prestigious Horseshoe Bend peninsula, and is one of the finest complexes on the lake. You'll enjoy the feeling from the lush greenery, the manicured lawns, and the award-winning landscaping, not to mention the unbelievable views of the lake. There are stores, restaurants, and championship golf courses just down the road.
Our unit is tastefully decorated to provide an upscale environment to enjoy. We are in a beautiful location that provides a sense of luxury as well as privacy. The King Master Suite has an incredible view and huge master bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and his/hers sinks. The Queen Suite has a writing desk, casual chair, and private bath. The 3rd Bedroom has 2 twin beds and includes a tv with VCR/DVD for the kids. The 4th Bedroom makes our unit very unique, as it is an office/den or a getaway to watch a game during the day, and then the cherry desk/wall bed unit easily converts (with one hand) into a comfortable queen size bedroom at night. It still includes a full wardrobe closet with drawers and room to hang your clothes. The living room has a huge L-shaped couch that easily converts to a sofa sleeper.
We have a deck with a covered & screened area complete with chairs for six, and adjustable stereo speakers. The outer sun deck is the perfect spot to work on your tan.

Weekly rates include one night free. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival date receive a 10% discount to nightly rental rates. A one-time cleaning fee of $85 is added for 3 nights or less.

Deposits:
A $200 Security deposit by mail or Credit Card is all that is required to reserve your dates. Total rental fees are due 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds can be made for early departures. The deposit is separate from the rent, and will be refunded to you by mail within 2 weeks after you leave. We deduct any charges for damage that is more than normal wear and tear.
Cancellations and Refunds:
A written notice of cancellation is required 30 days or more before your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $50 processing fee. If less than 30 days written notice, your entire deposit will be forfeited unless the unit can be re-rented.
Cable TV’s (5), DVD’s (2), VCR’s (3), Sega Dreamcast, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Cooking utensils provided, Linens provided, Towels provided, Washer, Dryer, Ceiling Fans (4), Stereo with speakers that can be controlled separately in 2 rooms & sundeck, CD & Cassette Players, small selection of DVD’s, Videos & Games in the unit, one Lakeside Pool, one Upper Pool, Tennis Courts (2), Picnic Pavilion (2), Boat and PWC slips are available in secluded cove which is well protected from the main channel, Boat launch and trailer parking at nearby full-service marina.
