Recently remodeled, this 1,600 square foot condo has vaulted ceilings and two balconies. The balcony off of the master bedroom and living room is screened and has new patio furniture. Adjacent to the screened patio is a another open balcony that has a new stainless steel gas grill.
Large master bedroom has new high quality furniture with king bed, large master bathroom, new SONY TV, ceiling fan, large closet area, and floor to ceiling glass window providing a great view of the main channel of the lake.
Second bedroom has a queen bed, new furniture, large full bathroom, ceiling fan, armoire with TV, and large closet area.

You will enjoy a great large kitchen with all new appliances and every possible kitchenware. The living room has great furniture, a queen sleeper sofa, wood burning fireplace, and wall munted flat screen plasma TV. The utility room has a full size washer and dryer and plenty of storage area.
