Made February reservations for a 3-night stay at Ben Boys Biloxi Gulf Cost condo.Upon arriving Friday night the lock box code given did not work.Could not get any one on phone.
Checked into Days Inn.I was finally able to get correct code Saturday morning, assuring I would get a refund for Friday night.Enjoyed the Biloxi Condo and I made reservations for August and asked that the refund be applied to that stay.2 weeks prior to August stay contacted and verified reservations and was given amount for balance due.
5 days prior to reservation I get an email saying that another agency had booked the condo and their check got there before mine.Very upset, I just asked that they refund me the February Friday night
November and still no refund from Ben Boys Biloxi Gulf Coast condo!!!

We rented a condo at Seabreeze for Cruisin the Coast this year. We were greatly disappointed. We took our "cruisin car"
on a trailer pulled by our pick up. There is no place to park there. It is very congested. The parking garage is small and hard to park and turn in. The condo itself was terrible. When we first opened the door bits of paper went flying. The carpets were filthy. We had to scrub the floors in the bathrooms and the kitchen before we could unpack. The couch and chair in the living room were dirty. We found bedspreads in the closets and covered them so we could sit on it. There was mold under the register vents in the dining area and main bedroom. When we booked this condo, we booked for 4 adults. The second bedroom had a 3/4 bed and a bunk in it.
There is not a picture in their gallery on the web site that shows a bedroom with bunks. There were 4 adults in our party all over 65. Who at our age can crawl up in a bunk. This was not a desireable experience for us. There are no inaccurate statements in this feedback. This condo does not even rate one star.
