Vacation Rental Home Description

Tucked away on 5 acres of lush forest and 300 feet of shoreline, enjoy a private and peaceful retreat experience. The stars, wildlife, lake scenes, and sunsets are sure to make your time memorable and relaxing.

The lake home is located on Lake George at Lake George, MN 10 miles east of Itasca State Park and 25 miles from Park Rapids, Bemidji, and Walker. Lake George is 3.5 hours Northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul.

Elevation above the lake = 50 feet

Lake George is a beautiful 800 Acre fishing and recreation lake. There is a public landing at the north end of the lake and we have a dock and lift. Fishing is good for bass, walleyes, northerns, and pan fish. Deer, eagles and loons abound.

Bed linens are provided. No pets allowed. Wireless internet available. We have lake access with a dock and lift on property. There is a firepit outside for cooking or bonfires. Other Attractions: Itasca State Park is 10 miles from the house and has great bike and walking trails, bike rentals, boat rentals including row boats, canoes, and paddle boats, as well as the source of the Mississippi.
