Discounts for weekday week rentals. Add $90 cleaning fee for stays of 4 days or less. All rates listed are for up to 8 people. Weekly rentals add $50 per extra person. Weekends Add $25 per extra person. Last minute specials available lets make a deal!

Looking forward to our vacation Aug 2, 2008. Parents, kids and grandkids all together. Arrived at the house and were greeted with a filth. The dishes were not done, toilets not flushed, carpets stained, dirty laundry lying around, garbage filled waste baskets, filthy ceiling fans and dirty oven.

Went to a local restaurant to eat something and wait for the rest of our party to arrive to know what to do next. When we returned the “cleaning lady” had arrived and had a sob story as to why she couldn’t get there to clean. (This was Saturday and the last people left on Wednesday).

Looked around the outside and found the barbeque grill was unusable, rusted. Canoes had holes in them, cracked bottoms, someone had duct taped some of the holes. Paddle boat was sinking so we pulled that up to the shore and drained it. The pontoon was large but that was the only good thing about it. It had no seating on it. The sides of the pontoon were broken, very unsafe. The dock was not in good condition.
The yard was mowed nice and had nice flowers.

After the cleaning lady left went inside and found the kitchen was nice and well stocked. Big screen TV in the game room didn’t work. Pool table and foosball were nice. Poker table and air hockey table were in the garage and were broken. Ping pong net was broken off, had paddles, but no balls. Lots of movies, but most were not in their cases.

The three car garage was full of garbage, snowmobiles, furniture and broken things. When we called we were told by John that he never said that we could use the garage. It is listed on the property features list.
So we spent our time to clean enough to get a motorcycle and a convertible in.

The upstairs shower did not have any hot water. 12 people showering in 1 bathroom. NOT FUN.

The area was quiet and it was relaxing. We were given an additional $90.00 refund for our troubles.

This is the third time we have rented a house for a week and we were very disappointed with this one. We would not go back.

Our family had a great stay at your cabin. There are a lot of fun things for the family to do if the weather is bad outside: billiards, ping pong, movies, slot machines, video games, etc. It is easy to get too and just the right distance from the Twin Cities. You have done a lot of work updating the place and making it look great.
