Weekend stays are available but only if available and at a price of $550.00. If approved each additional guest over 8 will be charged an additional $50 per stay.

Deposits:
Damage and Cleaning Deposit vaires with length of stay, $250-$500.
Cancellations and Refunds:
25% down at booking, 75%(remainder) due 30 days before stay. If cancelled within last 30 days 75% forfeited if unable to book your week. If cancelled before the 30 days the booking fee is retained if we can not book your week.
Other Fees:
Cleaning fee is taken from deposit as needed for excessive cleaning. If you leave the home as you found it there is no cleaning fee. Most guests have been awesome about cleaning and have received all their deposit money back.

We rented this home June 9-16, 2006. Every necessity was provided, plus extras. It was immaculate. Prior to our visit, owner Steve Baker was kind enough to add a wheelchair ramp for our daughter. Location is very convenient to shopping from A-Z. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental!

We had an enjoyable family vacation at your lake home. Every morning we enjoyed coffee on the deck, overlooking the lake. Afternoons were great reading in the shade on the patio or taking the paddleboat out for a spin. We especially enjoyed the breezes from the lake and the way the sun danced across the lake, sparking so brightly. Thanks for sharing your nice, very clean lake home with us.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home for out girls weekend! We went out Saturday night, dressed in the style of the 80's. The fine folks of Cambridge didn't seem to notice. We cut a rug at the legion, lost our butts on pull tabvs at sidelines, sang Karoke at the Cambridge Bar & Grill. What a fund place! We played lot of pool, dice and cards. Drank lots of beer and enjoyed the view. WE'LL BE BACK!

Thank you very much for the use of your lake home. It has MORE than met our expectations! The home is very clean, cute and roomey. The view of the lake is awesome. We only got to spend four days here this time but we will be back for a week next summer. We willhave more family members then. Our son and daughter in law missed out this time but not next year. The girls really enjoyed the pool table & DVD/CD palyer. They also sat outside after dark & looked at stars. Duane and I enjoyed sitting on the deck/patio and just relaxing. We did catch up on some reading. The time has gone fast and none of us want to go home. Of course our last days here, the weather is beautiful. No wind and plenty of sunshine, that is our luck.

Sept 9,2005 - Girls Weekend
Our first time here... We LOVE the home, Nice and Clean with a wonderful view of the lake. There is more than enough room with things to do and supplies to use, including a garlic press, which still amazes me! Many stories to tell about canoeing and bar hoping in town. We go home around 2:45am Sun - slept to 10am, put in Jessies famous breakfast casserole and cleaned till we left at around 12:30. We Love this place. I certainly hope we weren't to loud (no you were OK). See you next year.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The boats and pool tables were top favorites. Fishing, Direct TV, and the fireplace were also high on the list. The home was VERY clean and comfortable (we loved the view across the lake -- lots of good picture taking opportunities!). Everything we needed was provided (Laundry, iron, grill, charcoal, plenty of towels, all kitchen utensils -- even a blender for our candy bar shakes!). We appreciated the little special touches (candy etc.) tank you for helping to make this a fun and memorable vacation!

We spent a long weekend at the Lake House and had a wonderful time. The cabin is very roomy and cute. The view from the patio/deck is awesome of the water. Our girls enjoyed the game room and hanging out downstairs watching movies and listening to music. My husband and I got to catch up on some long overdue reading and just sitting outside relaxing. We did not want to leave. We will be sending in our deposit for next year within the week.

Our family still is talking about the wonderful memories we had during our vacation at this cabin. We were very comfortable with many guests in the large cabin, the setting was beautiful, and loved the use of the boats. Cambridge was just a quick drive away to pick up groceries. Great location, great owners,... well worth the rental price!

We had an awesome week here. Originally from Mn & ND we now live in Az. We rented this home so our families culd visit us. Our plan was very successful with approximately 30 family members visiting us during our one week stay. Fishing was so much fun. We also made frequent use of the canoes and paddle boat. We spent hours playing cards in the game room. We definitely plan to do this type of vacation with you and stay here again. Thanks Marge and Steve for all your hospitality.
