Vacation Rental Home Description

Come and enjoy our cozy cabin on Big Eagle lake. Our cabin is a little over 1300 square feet and has beds to sleep upto 10. The property has been all updated within the past 5 years including new AC and Heat. The cabin has all new furnishing and with the knotty pine walls and ceiling throughout it definately gives you a up north feeling. There are about 5 or so acres of private dnr land behind our property with the lake right at hand. We have seen deer and Eagles from the deck. The fishing has been descent. We catch mostly northern and largemouth bass, with an occational walleye. The beach is sandy but may be a little green during the late July to August months if we have had little rain. We have a small fishing boat available to rent for $250 per week with a 9.9 horse motor. We have turned our garage into a gameroom with a pool table, weight set, and other games. We have a big screen tv in the basement but tv has little reception. (Linens and kitchen towels are included, NO BATHROOM TOWELS PROVIDED).

A non refundable deposit of $250 is required at booking. Payment Options:  Money Order  Cashiers Check  Personal Check Deposits: Deposit of $250 is required at booking. This is completely non refundable. Also there is a $500 damage deposit due with final payment. This will only be used if property is damaged in any way. Check will be deposited. We will then write you back a check at the end of rental period if no damage has occurred. Cancellations and Refunds: cancellation must be made 30 days in advance for refund, (except deposit). If cancle within 2 weeks, 50 percent refund. If cancle within 7 days or less, 25 percent refund. Check In: 4:00PM Check Out: 10:00AM Required Stay: Saturday through Saturday Other Property Features & Appliances: Pool Table, Foosball table, 64 inch tv and great speakers to make you feel like you're in the theatre(NO TV RECEPTION). Deck overlooking lake and back yard. Sandy, (small child safe) lakeshore, Fire pit and large patio area. Other Attractions: albertville outlet mall only 15 minutes away.
