We are located on the South West corner of Higggins lake. The crystal blue waters of Higgins Lake is clear with a sandy bottom. The log cabin is very clean and well maintained, authentic old log inside and out. 150 feet off the lake, with private dock and hoist. Room for one boat only. No other boats. NO SMOKING OR PETS PLEASE. Two bedrooms and one bath. Large open living room with two extra twin beds. TV with cable. Garage with washer and dryer. Nice kitchen with toaster,toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots and pans, bake ware, silverware, etc. Linens are included.SET OF FOUR. Coloring book and board games. Fire place for those cool nites or a fire pit for campfires. Enclosed front porch with a beautiful view of the lake. Now all that is needed is you and your family. Reservactions taken up to 2 years inadvanced, so if you are interested in a specific week, please book early. July is the first to go. Weeks only in July.
