This comfortable, newly decorated condo is the Perfect, Four Season Accommodation offering a quiet garden setting in downtown Harbor Springs with a peak of the bay and Harbor Point! This desirable Bay Street location is across the street from Jean Jardine Park and Zoll Street beach. Watch sailboats breeze by after your swim at the beach. Stroll or ride through adjacent historic Wequestonsing. Enjoy the unique shops, art galleries, marina and restaurants of Harbor Springs- they are all within walking distance! Beaver Island, Boyne City, Charlevoix, Petoskey, Mackinac Island and Torch Lake are all a short day trip away. This Bay Springs condominium is one of only twelve, a very private community. Nestled among the towering pine trees, we are located behind the marina and one block from Main Street, hence the perfect location for easy accessibility.



Our cozy condo is all on the main level and boasts a completely outfitted gourmet kitchen, dining area, open floor plan with fireplace and abundant reading material. Two generous bedrooms with private attached patio and closets. Large bath includes a whirlpool tub. Private washer and dryer, attached garage and private entrance.



Summer activities include golfing at 30+ world-class golf courses, canoe or kayaking (rentals available), swimming, hiking, biking, shopping, entertainment, restaurants, ferry to Beaver Island, hydro to Mackinac Island, stroll through historic Wequestonsing or linger with an ice cream cone as you walk along the pier and watch the boats. Winter activities include skiing at Boyne Highlands(800-GO-BOYNE) or Nubs Nob (800-SKI- NUBS) which is only ten minutes away! Boyne Mountain is only 30 minutes away. All offer world class downhill and cross country skiing. ski, snowmobile and snowshoe rentals abound. Try the fabulous restaurants in Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Charlevoix. Sip the best coffee or hot chocolate from the local Island Beanery while you sit by the fire and read a good book. Stargazing is spectacular yearround.
