Preciosa On The Bay is the newest and most luxurious condominiums, with a prestigious location across from Club Intrawest. This exclusive complex has only 8 suites and 2 penthouses. Walk to the beach or swim in our infinity pool, while watching the waves come in or catch some rays on the sundeck.
Our unit has over 2100 square feet with breathtaking views from every room. The large 800 sq.ft. terrace, complete with wet-bar and grill, have the best views in La Ropa. The Master suite has a King bed, private bath, walk-in closet, safe, TV and DVD. The guest bedroom has 2 full-size beds and gorgeous closets with adjoining bath. Ocean views from both bedrooms.
Just off the Terrace is a private studio with bunk-beds with 180 degree views. In the living room, relax and enjoy the ocean views and breezes. Prepare meals in our deluxe kitchen, while watching the fishing boats come in and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
The craftsmanship and details are amazing. If your looking for a quiet, luxurious escape, Preciosa On The Bay is for you. We have a professional English speaking manager who will assist you upon arrival.
