Villa Dolphin is a fully furnished and equipped 4-bedroom, 5 1/2 bath luxury vacation villa which boasts in excess of 5,000 sq. ft. living area. This three-story villa is smoke-free, family friendly and located in a gated community on the best beach in the Riviera Maya. The villa is beachside, only steps from the water with nothing between you and the white sand beach.

On the main level is a great cook's kitchen, living area, and media sitting area with 46" flat screen plasma HD TV, DVD, Dish Satellite system and Sirius music and 1/2 bath. The second level has a common coffee/sitting area and 3 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, the 3rd level has a large master suite complete with coffee/refreshment area.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has a large balcony with sitting area for a great place to relax and take in the view of the Caribbean Ocean, as well as several rooftop sunning areas. The large private pool, patio area (with its own cabana w/ bath & shower) and outdoor grill are just steps from the kitchen.

Two of the bedrooms have built-in couch/sleeping areas for small children (up to 5) to sleep in the parents rooms. With the four bedrooms, we can easily sleep 8 adults plus 3-4 children (in the parent's rooms). Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in showers.
