in a word, fantastic! quiet, spacious, clean, modern, private... and all the amenities of upscale resort properties minus the crowds and hassle.
great location. loved the beaches and your pool. the weather was phenomenal. the people were warm and friendly.
chichen itza was truly fascinating. Xcaret is unbelievably cool. (the show there was one of the best i've ever seen anywhere and the underground river swim was both exhilarating and relaxing.) thanks for having us... can't wait to come back!

I stayed at this condo a few months ago, and must tell you it was one of our nicest vacations ever! The place is so peaceful and serene, spotlessly clean, luxuriously furnished, and close to everything. The owners are Americans who were so hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and to ensure that we would have a memorable stay. I loved the feel of Mayan history right outside our door, and since I am an Audubon member and bird lover, was delighted to find an aviary that covered several acres right next door, with dozens of exotic birds in a natural setting.The shopping in Playa was great, and a trip to Ixcaret was a highlight of our trip. This place is the best value in Playa del Carmen!

We had a glorious time at this condo, and enjoying Playa del Carmen and the region. We spent a few days exploring neighboring communities, by car, and found that within 50 minutes of the condo, there were incredible beaches, waterside cafes, great snorkeling, etc.
The condo is perfect: you are literally within a five minute walk of all of the action of Fifth Avenue, yet when you are at the condo, you feel you are a million miles away.
The condo is upscale and has the great amenities worth appreciating: lush bath towels, comfy furniture, beautiful furnishings throughout......yet casual and relaxing so you don't feel "look but don't touch."
When we were there (Feb. 06), there was literally only one other couple at the pool when we were poolside.
Fun, relaxing, great restaurants in Playa, super mini-trips nearby> ... a great, wonderful place and time.

We had a great time at your condo! I appreciate that everything was just as you promised. The layout of the condo is open, spacious and comfortable.
The walk to the beach was lovely as you described, and shorter than we expected. The little beach at the end was great, and not at all crowded. I didn't realize what a perfect location you have in relation to the town. I recognized several of the other places I had reviewed on the Internet and none were as convenient. Esperanza was attentive and helpful, another asset for your condo. We were completely satisfied!

Our vacation at your condo was our best yet, it was the perfect combination of relaxation and activity. Reading books by the pool, exploring the Mayan ruins or building castles by the beach with our 3 kids, we had a great time! We loved walking to 5th Avenue which was so close with its many restaurants and shopping. We also had a great time at Xcaret (the kids loved swimming with the dolphins), Tulum and Akumal were beautiful as well.
The condo itself is gorgeous, and so perfectly furnished. We will definitely be coming back and hope your wonderful condo is available.
