Lovely, economical condo, fully furnished (incl. linens/towels). Sleeps 4-6. Upstairs: Master bedroom with queen bed, 2nd upstairs bedroom has 2 singles, 1 double futon. Each room has its own balcony and bathroom and a/c. Downstairs: Kitchen/dining area with pantry, a/c. Bedroom downstairs has double bed, bathroom attached A/C.
Kitchen features: microwave, blender, coffeemaker, juicer, dishes, pots/pans etc.
In residential area. Close to all amenities. Fruit store, Internet, Laundry, all only 1 block away, several convenience stores within a block, plus large supermarkets close. Lots of restaurants within 2 blocks. About a 10 minute walk to beach. 15 minute walk to 5th Avenue/Constituyentes corner.
