Xaman Ha Condo on the beach just 300 meters south of the ferry dock to Cozumel in Playa del Carmen deluxe unit has full AC, a fabulous view of the Caribbean and all new comfortable furnishings. The condo is three bedrooms with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second and a queen in the third bedroom, ceiling fans, equipped kitchen and an open dining and living room area. Condo has TV with satellite reception. A porch off the living room offers a spectacular view to the Caribbean and a chance to enjoy the tropical breeze.

Down by the water the pool area is very large with lots of room to sunbathe. An elevated shade pavilion between the pool and the beach gives a perfect vantage point for viewing both while comfortably out of the sun. The pool is tremendous with a bridge span and plenty of shallow area for young swimmers. Essentially all of Playa del Carmen is at your feet.



Unit 7004 has been extensively remodeled and will have a new full kitchen in October.
