Vacation Rental Home Description

This state of the art brand new home Cabo San Lucas vacation rental is located right on the beach. A one of a kind design that takes you from an infinity pool to literally steps to the beach and ocean. Located only 13 miles north of San Jose this East Cape escape offers all the luxuries of home and much more.
Just a twenty-five minute drive from San Jose you will be in your own secluded paradise. The main house has 3 rooms, a master room with the best views in all of Cabo, San Jose and the East Cape and two smaller but equally comfortable rooms downstairs.
The rear Casita is situated on a four car garage and can be rented in addition to the main house. Since Casa Kash is a self sufficient and contained home (solar, propane and generator run) either myself or my caretakers Doug and Deb will be there to help you with the running of the house and any questions you may have.
This house is great for a family get-away, multiple couples, small to medium sized weddings, surfers, divers/snorkelers and those who just want to get away from it all.
Everything in Casa Kash is first class! The house has central air and individual air in both downstairs rooms. Each room has HD Television and Dish network for all your movie and television needs.

The master bedroom has a 42" HDTV, downstairs rooms each have 28" LCD flatscreens as well. The living room has a 55" HDTV and a state-of-the-art surround-sound system. The Pool area has 8 outdoor speakers – great for parties or just lounging around. There is also wireless internet access so you may want to bring a laptop.

Appliances:
All appliances are 1st class as well and include a microwave, Thermador stove and BBQ, large refrigerator/freezer and all of the pots, pans, knives, and kitchen utensils that you'll need. There is also a coffee maker. A full size washer and dryer is located in the laundry room.

Swimming Pool:
There is a nice size infinity pool, jacuzzi, many lounge chairs and seating areas on the outdoor patio. All of this with the perfect ocean view, of course! It also includes an outdoor fire pit situated overlooking the ocean.

Bedrooms:
All bedrooms are very nice but the master has a view to die for. The master also has a really nice bathroom with ocean views and a large bathtub. Closet space is plentiful and the master bedroom patio is huge with great lounge chairs as well as a hammock.


Jaime Ortiz is the concierge person who can add to your experience by providing you with professional services. Massage therapy, chef service and even a driver and car can be provided.

A great diving experience that I personally have dove. The abundant coral growth on the rocky reefs provides shelter and food for countless colorful reef fishes, many of which are found nowhere else in the world. The reef is the only hard coral reef found in the Sea of Cortez formed by multi-fingers and lies in 18 meters of water. It is one of only three living reefs in North America. A Mexican fishing vessel (the Colima), sunk during a storm in 1939, lies in 15 meters of water approximately 2.4 kilometers north of Punta Cabo Pulmo, and offers the added bonus of a wreck dive for scuba enthusiasts to an already spectacular marine park. Surfing in Cabo Corporate events for surfers, fisherman and scuba divers alike will love the location of this house. Some of the best surf is located within 1/2 mile of Casa Kash. Shipwrecks, La Fortuna, and Nine Palms are also very close by and have great surf especially in the summer months. Fishing Cabo San Lucas and the East Cape offers some of the worlds best fishing for species like dorado, yellowfin tuna, marlin, sail fish, sword fish, wahoo, cabrilla and much more. With the new Puerto Los Cabo Marina just finished 10 miles south of Casa Kash it would be hard not to take a day off and rent one of the local guides.
