the other 250 species of birds that call this home. We
are only a few miles from the Blackwater Natural

annex has a ping-pong table, sofa, lounge chairs, etc.
where the adults sit to watch the children entertain at
the puppet theater. The living room has a screen for

room has a children's library and toy room along with a
large assortment of picture puzzles and rainy day

of quiet space, an internet conected computer,
refrigerators, satelite TV with pay-per-view options,

Villa Rentals Reviews for Waterfront Country Estate featured in Chesapeake Life Magazine in Woolford
October 17, 2004
Owner-Supplied Testimonial
We have been having family reunions for 27 years at many different places. This was one of the best houses ever. We loved it!! We'll be back!!
A great house for a family reunion...from the youngest (two years) to the oldest (me - eighty-seven)...always a choice of activities.
What a perfect place for a summer vacation. I don't think we sat still for a minute.
What an incredible home!!! The whole clan had a wonderful time...three families from England and Wales, two from New York, and our crowd from San Francisco.

Plenty of space; clean house; all kinds of toys and activities. The house is loaded with the owners' possessions and photographs which can either make it feel homey or make renters feel intrusive. Wonderful dock with plenty of water toys and canoe; beach is lined with broken concrete. We were there in July and the jelly fish were out in force, but mosquitos were minimal. Grocery shopping is about 30 minutes away; check the pantry though, there are plenty of things left by previous renters. Owners are delightful, but somewhat slow in returning deposit. Work with Susan.
