New condo located on bayside, across from northside park and recreation center with access to a pier for crabbing and fishing. Great area for kids with a wonderful playground, bike and walking trails with many activities all year round.

This condo includes two bedrooms, two full baths,a sleep sofa and a large balcony overlooking pool and park. Fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer and dryer and cable tv. Sleeps 6 with spacious dining, living area. There is plenty of parking and short two block to beach. Area for grilling near pool.

This beautiful condo is walking distance to shopping, restaurants and mini golf. Close to Fenwick Island and just a few miles to O.C. boardwalk.
