Our accommodations at Village By The Sea in
Wells are located conveniently between the quaint
New England towns of Kennebunkport and Ogunquit
Maine and near long sandy beaches.
Our suite is 1200 sq.ft. and includes five full rooms
of vacationing space! Overlooking the Rachel
Carson Wildlife Preserve tidal waterway with lovely,
peaceful views.
The Master BR has two queen beds and ensuite
bath, second bedroom with king bed, second bath,
living room with cathedral ceilings, skylight and
sleep sofa, full kitchen with all modern appliances,
washer/dryer, separate dining room for six, 3 color
cable remote TVs and a VCR, plus a private deck.
Our condominium hotel resort suite is on the top
floor (no noise above you) and provides for a
fantastic water view of the salt water tidal waterway
of the Rachel Carson Wildlife Preserve from the
master BR, LR, and deck - gorgeous sunrises!
The hotel resort features an indoor pool/jacuzzi and
outdoor pool, game room, exercise room, basketball
and Bocce ball courts.
As a private rental by owner we offer below hotel
rack rates.
