guests have been some of the nicest people.
I have found over the years that people who say they will
treat the place like their own home really do that. My
condo is cleaner than your average hotel suite by far. I
supply linens and towels or you can bring your own.
Whichever makes you more comfortable. A washer and
dryer plus late check-out make your last day a little
easier.
I also supply basic condiments in the refrigerator and
cupboards. Use what you find just as you would when
staying at a friend's home.
I want this to be your home away from home just as it is
mine.

Que des bons mots à dire sur ce condo, et sur son propriétaire Ted! De l espace pour chacun, propre, apaisant! Et que dire de la vue! Nous étions deux couples, et nous avons joué à des jeux de société quand il pleuvait, on s est fait des bons soupers les jours où nous n allions pas au Resto! Les lits étaient extrêmement confortables, et tout est là pour le confort!

What a beautiful week-end! Location was Great, Condo very clean, beautifully decorated and a stunning sun rise to wake up to.Balcony off master bedroom was a great place to sit and enjoy Our family made use of the indoor pool and game room which added to the enjoyment Ted (the owner) was very kind and we will surely visit again!!!!!

Ted's condo was just lovely, very clean, decorated with great taste and was very comfortable! I rented the condo for my kids and grandkids while we were in a beach house. They felt very special having the opportunity to stay in such a high quality condo! I highly recommend this condo to everyone! Thank you Ted!

We think they are great and we didn't even rent from them!
Our friends and I planned a trip to Maine for Sept 2012. Over the holiday's our friends found out they were to become Grand parents and the baby is due just before our vacation date.
I emailed explaining the changes (and why) we'd have to cancel. The Tidal Water view Condo Suites not only gave us a VERY NO HASSLE REFUND. They wished us a Happy New Year and Congratulations were sent from them to our friends! That meant a lot!
If they are this nice with a cancellation we WILL Rent from them in the future!

"I have to admit that I had some reservations when I made the commitment and sent you my checks based on your internet ad after some of the stories I have heard about internet "rip-offs".
However, your condo was exactly as you presented it - beautiful, extremely clean and very comfortable. My husband, my two granddaughters and I really enjoyed the comforts - you have thought of everything. My husband was at the window several times a day with the telescope surveying the marsh for wildlife. "

My family and I LOVED our stay here. Your condo was the BEST place we have ever stayed in just to get away for a few days. We appreciate the 3 TVs and all the little extras. The kids loved watching the sunrise every morning and of course THE POOL! You will most definitely hear from us again to reserve your suite at 7E!
TO future guests - Even in February , you can still find much to do. Some suggestions are:
1) Take a walk through the trail of the Wildlife Preserve a few blocks up on route 1N.
2) Relax a night to dinnner and a movie (the Wells cinema has bargain night Tuesdays - $5
3) Set your alarm for the morning to watch the sunrise
4) Most definitely visit the outlet malls in Kittery. Great discounts this time of year but leave your piggy bank at home!
