This private 1 acre beach property consists of two modern attached beach houses. Unit 1 (subject of this website) has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. But in the off season it can be rented as either a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom to comfortably accomodate 1 to 8 people.

Walk/bike to trolly, shops, restaurants, playground, arcade. Browse through the numerous Antique shops just up the road. Explore the close quaint seaside towns of York, Cape Neddick, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport and Cape Porpoise. Portland museums, shops, restaurants, theatre and sporting events are just a short drive. Outlet shopping is nearby at Kittery and Freeport. Several great golf courses are nearby including the new and challenging Old Marsh semi-private Country Club.
