Vacation Rental Home Description

The cottage is furnished and fully applianced. It has indoor/outdoor carpets throughout, oil heat, bathroom with shower, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen and is kept extremely clean. The living room and upstairs has ceiling fans, queen size sofa bed and 2 comfortable chairs. There is one bedroom upstairs has 1 twin bed and 1 double bed, with shelves and clothes hanging areas. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Should you need room to sleep more people during the summer months, we do have a camp (without running water or potty or heat) that sleeps 5 for an extra fee. The cottage is cleaned and beds made just prior to your arrival. All you need to do when you arrive is relax and enjoy your stay.

Year Round Rates are: $1950 per month $650 per week $450 per 3 day weekend $125 per weekday $100 refundable cleaning deposit. Additional Camp (June 1 - Oct. 1 only) sleeps 6 $400 per week (in addition to Cottage Rental ONLY) 1/2 payment for deposit to hold reservation. Balance due 2 weeks prior to booking date.
