| Rates vary depending on time of year and season. It should be possible to find a week available in any month *****Except July/Aug***** Now accepting Credit Cards Each year I give first option to returning renters and they have been returning since it was built in 2000. I am mostly looking for people to rent, like myself, who enjoy the other times of year, (when school is in session and families aren't able to rent) like Fall Foliage, winter snows, spring showers and flowers, and just love the beach any time of year! I'm also open to the idea of free lodging in exchange for a caretaker in the spring and/or fall to open and close and make fixes and improvements. |
