Set inside a convenient, family friendly resort with an access walkway to the beach and ocean, this new Ideal Cottage is a great vacation cottage to accommodate you and your family (sleeps up to one family comfortably). With 2 bedrooms (a Queen bedroom and bunk room with one bunk bed), 1.5 baths, a sleeping loft (with a full size bed and twin bed – great for kids!), a cozy living and full kitchen area with a stone fireplace and sofa bed that pulls out into a twin, screened porch with patio furniture, personal BBQ grill and LCD TVs with DVD, you will find your stay both comfortable and pleasantly convenient.

Our charming cottage is comparable to the size of a hotel room but holds a higher sleeping capacity, is complete with a kitchen (all cookware, dinnerware and utensils are included) and serves as a more “home-like” environment. Nestled inside a combined cottage and camping resort, you can enjoy the solitude of having a cottage of your own, spare an extra expense by dining in, relax with central air and heating and enjoy our well-kept and delightful interior décor.

This cottage is set on a resort that also features an 18-hole miniature golf course, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, arcade, outdoor projection screen theatre in the amenities area (for movies and sports programming at night), horseshoe pits, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, 3 playgrounds, full stocked convenience store and a laundromat on site.

Old Orchard Beach caters to families and tourists alike, featuring its sandy beach, sun bathing, low surf, arcades, nightly entertainment, golfing, fishing, auto races, harness races and fresh off the boat seafood. You'll also be just a short distance from New England's largest salt marsh, Funtown Splashtown USA, Aquaboggan Water Park, Maine Indoor Karting, shopping and dining at the Maine Mall, Historical Old Port and Outlet shopping, museums, state parks, including Portland Head Light and Fort Williams.
