Vacation Rental Home Description

Built in 1996, this four bedroom log home has two bathrooms,

beautiful post and beam ceilings, and a brick hearthed fireplace. Available for either weekend or weekly rental, and located minutes from the center of Bethel or Sunday River ski Resort. This home enjoys a large living room, kitchen, dining room combination. Sit on the large deck with adirondack chairs

and gas grill, or enjoy the mountain views from the master bedroom

viewing deck. This home sleeps 10 comfortably in beds, or up to 12

using the queen sized living room futon. This home is ideal for

families or large groups. Our log home provides all the comforts of

home, but it's quietly nestled in the woods of Maine!

Daily rates above for midweek nightly lodging. Extra nights added to a weekend are $150, $100, and $275 for peak, low and holidays. Payment Options:  Money Order  Cashiers Check  Personal Check Deposits: Full payment to confirm dates and a separate $300 security deposit. Lodging Tax: 7% Cleaning Fee: $75.00 Cancellations and Refunds: We will attempt to rent the property in case of cancellation. If we are able to find another renter, you will be refunded the entire amount less 10%. If we are unable to find another renter, you will forfeit your funds. We have also allowed renters to reschedule if we are provided enough time in advance.
