My wife and I stayed here for a three day, Valentines day get away. The view was amazing, it rained an inch everyday we were there, the power went out three times do to the stormy weather and we still had a great time. The Café on Hawk Creek has great food from pizza from a wood fired oven to Dungeness crab covered Rockfish for dinner. We can't wait to go back when the weather is better.

Rented condo for 3 nights. For this condo the price you are paying is only for the view. We were very disappointed in how the condo was. Condo floors very dirty, and very old inside. This condo needs a remodel very badly. For the price you can find something much better.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the room was wonderful. Because it was a corner unit, the view from the deck included both the ocean and the river. We enjoyed watching wildlife, including a river otter, catch fish. First time we'd seen an otter in the wild! The room was very comfortable and well furnished. Neskowin is small, but there were a couple good restaurants right across the parking lot from our unit. We'd definitely stay there again. Our only suggestion is a better lock for the door.

This condo was marvelous! View to die for, easy beach access via the private gate, nice on site amenities. The huge deck is magnificent and such a nice feature as it increases the space of the condo immensely. The only issue we had was the water in the kitchen sink never seemed to get hot, not sure if there were issues while we were there or??? We ended up washing the dishes with water from the shower, as it got nice and hot. Overall a wonderful relaxing place. No better value on the Oregon coast!!! Thanks to the Irwin's for such a relaxing vacation!

Our four day stay here was all that we had hoped for and more. The view from both the living room, deck and bedroom made us feel like we were sleeping right on the beach, only without the sand in our food. Neskowin is a peaceful and beautiful jewel of a community. We loved it all.

My fiancé and I stayed here a few years ago with another couple. The condo had plenty room for all of us and was beautifully decorated for a relaxing stay. We loved that it was a short drive away from the Chinook Winds Casino in Lincoln City and a few steps from the ocean. The Irwins were a pleasure to book with. Highly recommend staying here!

We've been the Irwin's guests for the last 3 years and I have to tell you, they are the greatest hosts! We have stayed in both their condos and have loved every minute. We moved to the larger unit for more space, but the studio is just as awesome!The location, the view. Again, the location, the view, it can't be beat! The their accomodations are top notch. Great decor and everything you need is there. Clean and bright! My husband and I love it here. Won't go anywhere else.

We regularly stay at this WONDERFUL get-away several times a year and have never been disappointed! The location simply can't be beat. We've stayed at top class resorts around the world that have not had the view of Marilee's condo, for such a reasonable rate. I highly recommend this unit for your next stay in Neskowin!

What a beautiful location and wonderful condo! We really enjoyed it and the view is breathtaking! Very comfortable bed, nice touches, and nice and clean.
The older review that complains about the long walk to the beach was made before the bridge from the condos were put in. It's not far to the bridge and sand, but it does take a minute or so to get to the shoreline from that little bridge.
There's a beach 9 miles north and,while beautiful, Neskowin Beach is much more laid back, private, and quiet. It's also incredibly beautiful!!!
I highly recommend Neskowin and Marilee's condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, wonderful vacation!

My husband and I stayed at the Irwin's condo to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. The view was spectacular and we were able to watch all the sunsets - relaxed with a glass of wine - from the comfort of the deck. The condo was tastefully furnished and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Plus the Marilee was great at getting right back with me when I had questions. We are looking forward to staying here again and making this our little getaway.

We just came back from staying here and had a great trip. The condo was actually nicer than expected and the view really is fabulous. There is a good sized deck and you are literally right at the beach so you can enjoy just by stepping outside. the condo had everything you could need and even little extra's like a stereo, music, candles, books, movies etc. I even found a bag of beach toys that my kids could play with. Lincoln city is just a short drive away, but next door there is a nice cafe and a grocery store so you don't have to leave if you don't want to. Beach is very nice and has its own little inlet which is great for kids to swim in. Only thing that would've made it perfect is if there was direct access to the beach straight from the condo (you have to walk down past 2 buildings and around to get to the beach. not too far -just a 5 minute walk, but can be a little bit of a trek if you have young kids and have to carry a lot of gear) Overall, I highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet beach vacation. I also thought the price was very reasonable for what you get.

This is a very special place. Neskowin is our favorite place on the Oregon coast to stay. The Irwins are very nice and accomodating. Their rental is very clean, nice and a breathtaking view. It is quiet and peaceful. The bed is a little lacking in comfort and could use an upgrade but it does not keep us from renting over and over again. The people are the friendliest you could ever wish to meet. The Cafe is delicious, everything is good on the menu. WE'LL BE BACK!!!!

I rented this condo for a 3-night personal retreat the week of Oct. 23, 2006. It couldn't have been more perfect. Wonderful and relaxing views of the ocean and Proposal Rock from both the living room and bedroom. Easy access to the beach, well furnished, well-stocked kitchen, clean, all furnishings in excellent condition - no noticeable wear anywhere. Very comfortable king-size bed. To sum it up: nothing missing. I'll definitely be back.

I spent spring vacation, 2005, in this fabulous condo and enjoyed every minute of my time. The view is one of the best on the Oregon coast. The condo was very comfortable and quiet. It was a haven from the harried life of the valley. The condo is the perfect size and pleasingly furnished. It had everything I needed and more during my week stay. A pleasant aspect of staying here is the ability to do everything without driving. A very good restaurant and general store are a block away. I most certainly will return.

Nice apartment-like condo with a truly unbelievable view. Double sliding doors open to the beach to make you feel like you never leave the sand! The fresh water, shallow river made a great, safe place for our kids to play while we enjoyed the sight and sound of the crashing ocean. Let me put it this way. . .we are already planning next years trip.

This condo has the most beautiful view I've ever had in an oceanfront rental! It sits right next to a river, and Proposal rock, the beach, and the ocean are right off the deck. The front room has a sliding glass door the entire length of the condo, and the bedroom window is also quite large, giving views from wherever you are. The condo is at the end of the building, making it more private and quiet than others. The condo furnishings are not pretentious, but are simple and include all of the basics. Neskowin is not a heavily used vacation spot, but you can get basic needs there. The owners are friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return!
