Vacation Rental Home Description

Stay in your choice of our Reef House Villa decorated in a Reef Fish Motif; Jungle House Villa decorated in jungle animal prints or beach House Villa decorated in a seashell motif. All villas are decorated with hand made furnishings of native woods. Our spacious Villas all feature French doors leading to patios or decks, A/C, ceiling fans, cable TV, telephones, in-room safes, and tile floors and baths. The villas are dividable…take a one, two, three, or four+ bedroom villa or multiple villas see the rate combinations! The villas are available with options such as full kitchens, kitchenettes, dining/living room, and Queen size futon couch/beds. All kitchens are fully stocked with refrigerator, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker and dishes. Unlike the all-inclusive resorts, where your food is prepaid in a package, staying in a villa allows you to experience Negril to the fullest by trying the various restaurants along the beach and on the cliffs. With the villas, come a housekeeping staff, gardener, 24-hour security and office personnel. Room service is also available from our oceanfront beach House Restaurant and Bar which offers casual island dining right on the beach and is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner or late night drinks.

Rates for our 5 bedroom villa start at $736/night off season for 10 guests. 10% SURCHARGE for reservations through Dec 20, 2003-Jan 7, 2006 10% service charge & 8.25% GCT tax not included in above rates. 5% discount for stays of 21+ nights 10% discount for stays of 28+ nights Payment Options:  Visa  MasterCard  American Express  Money Order  Cashiers Check  Personal Check Cancellations and Refunds: Payments are fully refundable if notified 60 days prior to trip and 50% refundable if notified 30 days prior to trip. Any reductions in stay or cancellations after that date are non-refundable. Cancellations for the months of December and January must be made by October 1 or are subject to a non-refundable holiday season policy. Rates do not include a 10% standard Jamaican service charge which does not serve as staff tipping or mandatory 8.25% government hotel bed tax. All payments must be made in full upon making reservations, unless reservation is booked 4 or more months in advance and total is over US$3,000, which then requires 50% payment upon making reservations and 50% balance due 60 days prior to stay. 50% deposit payment option not applicable for the month of December.
