We are centrally located beach front on Negril Beach in a romantic and private setting with only eight rental units to suit individual tastes and we are a terrific value... you can rent one unit, several units or the whole property for that special island-style laid back and un-commercial beachfront vacation you have been searching for.
Nirvana is our version of paradise, on one of the world's great beaches. As the name implies it is truly a piece of heaven on earth...imagine a lush green tropical garden filled with exotic flowers & blooming trees loaded with fruits & colorful hummingbirds...all set right in the middle of a 7-mile beach of silky soft powder white sand caressed by the warm, clear turquoise waters of the Caribbean.
We offer a limited number of guests a Caribbean beachfront vacation experience with a warm Jamaican welcome and American style amenities in just 8 rental units. Your privacy and security are assured in a relaxed and romantic setting where you can forget the pressures and cares of daily life. All of our immaculate accommodation's have been planned for your enjoyment. They are fully screened, have ceiling fans in all rooms and family-style comforts. Our new luxury Verandah Suites offer the ultimate in beachfront living and feature air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a kitchenette and large private verandah facing the beach, the sea and the sunsets. The cottages have full kitchens and include maid/cook service, guests provide groceries. Daily maid service is included in the couple's suites, of course.
Rollaway beds are available in any of the units, to accommodate extras. Our newest 2 bedroom cottage is wheel-chair accessible.
We have a totally private beach area within our property lines, beach lounge chairs, a charcoal grill & picnic area & hammocks in the shady gardens. Extra services are available on request, such as nanny or baby-sitting service from experienced & recommended Jamaican sitters, laundry service is also available, ...spoiling our guests is our specialty.
Our recommended van & taxi drivers are fully licensed & insured & are available for all your transportation needs including airport transfers by reservations, as well as shopping , day trips to other beautiful & interesting places in Jamaica.
We know hotel security is on your mind while traveling and we have 24 hour security in place for your complete peace of mind. Our beach guard assures your privacy and will watch any personal belongings you may want to leave with him while you take a walk go for a para-sail ride or do watersports or relax on the beach. Our night watchman takes over in the evening and patrols our grounds while you sleep.

"Thank you for being so convincing last month when I inquired about Nirvana. You told me we would not be disappointed in any way, and we weren't! Your staff was wonderful, the drivers were great and the place was heaven. The two Veranda suites were perfect for two couples to be together while still having complete privacy to be alone when we wanted. We absolutely loved every minute. We spents hours and hours inthe unimaginably calm, blue water, and my sister and I only had shoes on twice the whole time we were there! The guys golfed, and we snorkeled -- it was gorgeous. We loved walking down the beach to choose a place to eat and haggle with the happy Jamaicans selling their wares. Our husbands even had a chance to watch the British Open on the big screen t.v. at Marguaritaville while we shopped. We discovered that we loved jerk chicken and jerk pork, and we spent a couple of evenings dining on the beach. It was wonderful.
Lynn, Ziggie and the rest of the staff were delightful. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and we plan on returning again and again and the only place we will stay will be Nirvana. Heaven on earth! "

| rates are based on occupancy for 2 guests, each additional guest pays $30/nt. year round, plus tax & tip. A 50% Deposit is required to hold reservations at Nirvana. This is because we have such a limited number of rental units & we will refuse any potential inquiries for the unit & the dates you have reserved. Your deposit guarantees that the reservation you have made will be held for you. All deposits received will be confirmed by email or regular mail. Balance of rental is due 30 days prior to arrival, unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. All cancellations are subject to a 1 nt. cancellation fee. Deposits are refundable if Nirvana is notified 60 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations or reductions in length of stay received after the 60 day limit are non-refundable unless we can re-rent the space. Cancellations for the holiday months of Dec. & Jan. must be received by Oct. 1, or are subject to a non-refundable holiday season policy |
