Friendly Farms B&B is located on the property of Ramey Riding Stables in the rolling hills of Southern Indiana. There are wooded trails, pasture fields with horses to feed over the fences, and pets are welcome. A 3-bedroom cottage is called the "Barn Cottage" and it is furnished with nicely appointed antiques, a washer and dryer, Located near Lincoln National Park and Holiday World and Splashin Safari, a theme park, there is lots to do. A drive-in theater is just 5 minutes away, Owensboro, Kentucky and its RiverPark Center is just 10 minutes from the cottage, and if it isn't camp season you might choose to stay in the Lodge. A beautiful view from the big front porch helps you relax as you look out over the pond and see the horses grazine in the psture fields. Again, as in the Barn Cottage, there is a fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer, and a great room with TV and games. A small pond with a canoe and a rope swing give pleasure to children, and a large patio with a gas grill calls for a relaxing evening of bar-b-que.

We showed up and the house was hot (the A/C had not been turned on even though we called ahead to let her know that we were about 30 minutes away), rodent feces was on the floor in 2 bedrooms, a dishwasher in the middle of the third bedroom, dead flies and fern leaves on the floors, windows sealed shut (no exit in case of fire) in the second bedroom, Rather than a King bed in the master bedroom, it was two old twin mattresses pushed together. Kitchen sink had something dripped down/in it. Needless to say, this "cottage" needed a thorough cleaning and we didn't stay the night. She did refund our deposit after requesting it.
