verify or warrant any vacation rentals on FindVacationRentals.com.
Truthfully there is no guarantee. Just as anyone can take out an ad in a
magazine or newspaper and advertise a fictitious vacation rental, the
same can occur on the Internet. The safest way to ensure your future
rental meets your expectations is to visit it. But of course this is not
always feasible. We suggest asking vacation rental owners/managers for
references or a list of past renters. As with any
vacation travel, we highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to

Is ferry transportation included with my vacation rental reservation? |
| If you are planning on
traveling to an island destination with your car and there's no bridge,
chances are you'll need a ferry. The importance of securing ferry
reservations cannot be underestimated. Many vacations have been ruined
from the start because of oversight in this area. Standby lines, if they
are even available are best avoided.
Some reservations include ferry tickets, but
be sure to inquire from the start on these before setting up
arrangements. The ferry authorities have arcane rules which they seem to
change quite often. |

will not sell or distribute your personal information or e-mail address
to any third party. We may send out quarterly updates to vacation
renters and vacation rental owners/managers about our website, but the
list will be meticulously maintained to ensure no one ever receives a
mass mailing that could be described as SPAM from
FindVacationRentals.com.
We also try to warn off spammers and will
prosecute any person found collecting or sending SPAM e-mail to our
members. Pursuant to US Code, Title 47, Chapter 5, Subchapter II, p.
227, any and all non-solicited commercial email sent to
FindVacationRentals.com and its advertisers posted herein is subject to
a download and archival fee in the amount of $500 US. Emailing denotes
