fee for 2005 starts at $125.00 ($.34/per day). There are no additional fees or
commissions charged on any bookings generated from the website. We happily

No. Your annual membership fee includes the
entire setup of your vacation rental listing and we charge no commissions on
any of the bookings generated from your listing. |

Yes. We happily offer a discount
to vacation rental owners who advertise multiple properties. Our rate

year listing memberships. |

What is your refund policy? |
| Because of the nature of our business, most of the work on our site occurs during the first few months of listing. During this time we update several pages on our site, submit your pages to the search engines, etc. Because of this and the fact that we do not charge a setup fee, we do not offer refunds of listing fees. You are under no obligation to renew your listing when it expires. |
