Thank you so much for the deposit refund. We had a wonderful stay at Red's place and would definitely recommend the property to others. It had everything we needed and we were so glad to have a quiet place to stay, rather than in the busy area of Kihei. The pool was a wonderful bonus! I can't say that there is anything that you could do better. Right from the booking to the checking in and departure, everything was so smooth. You provided so much information right from the start that I barely had any questions.
Thank you for making our vacation so smooth and hassle free. It was a truly fantastic experience! and we hope to book another vacation at Red's house in the future.

We had a fantastic time on Maui. Thanks so much for being understanding with regard to the extra people. They were so last minute and it did not even cross my mind to let you know since the web site that we first found you at stated the house accommodated ten people. We really appreciated how much thought and care Red has put in the home there and we could tell how much he loves it.
As I told Red it felt like we were in a tree house; so peaceful and beautiful. The pool and jacuzzi were an added plus. Tell Red we will definitely recommend it to our friends and families and we hope to come there again in the future. The only thing I would recommend is that he think about adding a place where the people sleeping in the Murphy bed could keep their things.
The kids nic-named the gecko (the one without the tail) stumpy; he visited us each night by the side door window. You might also want to add a guest book for people to sign expressing their thoughts on the home and sharing their experiences. Both Michael and Red gave us some good insider tips on what to see in Maui and that advise was a real pleasure.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Reds Maui House. Thank you so much! It was so awesome to be right across the street from my Sister's place. The views were awesome, the pool and hottub were great especially for the boys, the beds were very comfortable, the boogie boards and towels were great to have, and the location was wonderful.
We will definitely recommend this place to people we know and hopefully we can stay there again! Michael is a very nice man and we enjoyed visiting with him.

Sadly, our vacation is over. We had an amazing, fantastic, beautiful week in Maui at Red's house. The location was ideal. The house was perfectly suited for our family reunion and the pool and hot tub was an incredible bonus. Michael was a great host, very helpful and quite interesting to talk too. The view from the lanai is inspiring! We will all remember it for the rest of our lives.
Really, we liked everything! We shopped at the local Safeway - quite a fancy grocery store! - and cooked almost all our meals in the lovely kitchen. And all 9 of us ate on the lanai for dinner. My husband grilled some great meals - we had all the tools and utensils we needed. We really appreciated the boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs and beach umbrella. Used that alot. We didn't need the air conditioning all that much. Not during the day, just sleeping at night for some. The boys played the xbox Star Wars game and that was plenty of game time. The plumeria tree was in bloom - great background for this year's Christmas Card. I could talk for hours about our week. It was that fabulous.
Jami, I also want to thank you for how nice and easy it was to work with you. You made the rental so easy and you were always available for questions.

The dinner we had at the home was perfect for our small group the night before the wedding. The three young boys who were bored with us adults swam in the pool and Michael blew the conch shell in honor of the bride and groom. We had a great sunset and dinner on the lanai. The house was great both for me and the folks. The lanai was great for my 92 year old folks and they did not want to leave ... Michael was a pleasure and I asked him a thing or two regarding the TV, but all in all it was a perfect place to live for a week. The wedding was the event I think of the century. It was so well done and loved by all.

Thanks for your email and the chance to stay at your great place. The article downstairs about how the house was built was fascinating! We enjoyed our time at your place very much and pictured coming back with our 3 sons next time (although being alone was delightful). We appreciated the little extras (hair dryer provided, oil in the cupboard, beach chairs, towels, etc) and your location was close to everything. The lanai is the best and we spent time just sitting and watching the ocean which was so relaxing. There is really nothing significant that is needed to enhance comfort or enjoyment at your Maui house. Everything is ideal. I'll keep your information nearby and hope we will find ourselves back in Maui and back at Red's Maui House again soon. I wish we were back there again today! By the way, friends of ours from our hometown were also in Maui at the time we were there. They stopped by to pick us up, and when they saw our spacious living arrangements they were quite envious. Then we saw their time share unit in Kananapali and we confirmed secretly that we made the best choice by far. We just wanted to send you a quick note and let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation last week in Maui, and how perfect your rental home was for our group. We had everything that we needed, and we found our accommodations to be gorgeous.
We also wanted to say how much we appreciated the help of Michael. He was like having our own personal island information guide. He was very helpful with the planning of our excursions and was very friendly when it came to lending us his cooler and other belongings for our beach trips. He aided in making our stay so enjoyable.

We so truly enjoyed our stay at Red's Maui house the last two weeks. It was truly a home away from home. The accommodations were wonderful! So very clean, all the amenities that we needed, an outstanding view and wonderful neighbors. Michael was so very kind to us and so very informative about the island.
