Enjoy this 1250 square foot two story golf villa, on the 15th fairway of the Waikoloa beach Course. The home has been upgraded with custom carpets and paint, granite countertops, fine linens and cookware, ceiling fans with an expansive view of the fairway.
The kitchen, dining and living area, configured as a great room, is perfect for gathering family and friends. Also downstairs is the second bedroom with two twin beds, entertainment armoire, ceiling fan and closet organizers.
The master suite is upstairs with a large walk in closet and private bathroom with soaking tub and separately enclosed glass shower. It also has its own lanai from which to view the Waikoloa Sunsets.
The Waikoloa Colony Villas, newly built in 2003, is centrally located to all the Waikoloa beach Resort has to offer. There are two golf courses in the beach Resort; the links style Waikoloa Kings Course, and the classic Waikoloa beach Course. As guests, staying with in the resort, you are entitled to discounted rates at those courses.
Within walking distance, you will find the King's Shops. As 75,000 square foot open air shopping experience with everything from Starbucks, Macy's and a small market, to fabulous boutiques, art galleries and delicious cuisine, such as Roy's Waikoloa Bar and Grill, and Merriman's.
Also within the resort are two world class hotels. The Outrigger Marriott, home to one of the islands best luaus, and the Waikoloa Hilton. The Hilton not only has the Kohala Spa for those who want some extra pampering, but is also home of Dolphin Quest. Dolphin Quest is an independently operated organization dedicated to the education for and protection of Dolphins, and allows for the once in a lifetime experience of swimming with these fabulous mammals.
All of this describes what is within minutes of your front door. Outside the resort is an entire island to explore. Spectacular beaches for sunning, snorkeling or boogie boarding; amazing countryside where you can horseback ride, hike to waterfalls and unparalleled vistas, or take an ATV adventure; helicopter tours, and even an active volcano are some of the experiences the Big Island of Hawaii has to offer.
